How to prepare?

  • Mix 3 teaspoons of B-Vive Banana Powder in a glass of un-boiled milk.  Add sugar to taste.
  • Boil the mix and stir it until it becomes a homogenous paste. Add one teaspoon of ghee to it
  • Now the nutritious Banana Mix is ready to drink
  • You can also prepare the mix in coconut milk or plain water instead of milk.

Ingredients

B-Vive Banana Powder                
Jaggery                                      Grated Coconut                          
Ghee                                          
Cardamom Powder                      
Cashew Nuts                              
Raisins

Preparation

  • Cook the Banana Powder in a pan
  • Prepare 1 glass thick coconut milk, 2 glasses of thin coconut milk and 4 glasses of very thin coconut milk
  • Dissolve jaggery in some water, boil it for sometime and filter the contents.
  • Heat up a large kadai and pour the prepared banana powder and filtered jaggery water into it and cook
  • Now add ghee to it
  • When fully cooked add very thin coconut milk and keep on boiling
  • Cook until the content becomes concentrated
  • Add thin coconut milk and boil till the content becomes thick paste
  • Mix powdered cardamom and thick coconut milk together and pour into kadai
  • Apply heat for sometime ( do not boil) and remove from fire
  • Garnish the pudding with cashew nuts & raisins fried in the remaining ghee and serve
